How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. In the case of a manufacturer defect, you must notify us as soon as possible. You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.

     2. We will arrange for our local shipping partner to call you to arrange a convenient time to pick up the items you wish to return and we will issue you a credit note.

     3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

 

Return Exceptions

     • Some items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons such as swimsuits and intimate apparel.

     • Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

     • We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

 

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. Please note that you will have to pay return shipping.
